Built by a family who needed it first
RightCareHome is an independent analysis service — not a directory, not a comparison site, and not funded by care homes. We exist because our own family needed better information, and it didn't exist.
Our story
When Inna's mother needed a care home, we expected the process to be straightforward. It wasn't. The information we found was scattered across government databases, buried in financial filings, and written for regulators — not for families making one of the most important decisions of their lives.
We visited homes that looked wonderful online but had troubling financial records. We discovered that inspection ratings could be years out of date. We learned that some directories earn thousands in commission from the homes they recommend — something no one tells you upfront.
Alexander, with a PhD in mathematics and data analysis, saw the problem differently: the data families need already exists in public records. It just needs to be found, verified, and translated into plain language. Together, we built the service we wished we'd had — independent, data-driven, and built entirely for families.

PhD in mathematics and data analysis, with experience leading AI at one of Europe's largest e-commerce platforms, building data systems at Oracle, and heading medtech innovation in international healthcare. Alexander brings that expertise to a personal mission: making the data families need accessible, understandable, and actionable.
